Job Exp -Min 10+ Years
– Partner with Key functions in corporate for the end to end HR solutions
– Responsible for employee’s attendance, leave records, personal records and other related records.
– Responsible for periodical returns under the various labours law.
– Organizing & managing welfare services like group personal accident insurance (GPAI), Medical.
– Responsible of monthly wage/Salary
– Exposure of Labor Negotiation, LTS, and Strike and Unions.
– Domestic Inquiry.
– Handling of PF and ESIC inspection and Conciliation cases.
– Have to Prepare and Implement Employee Welfare Policies Driving HR Scorecards and Dashboards for the Vertical to measure manpower productivity and ensure optimum staffing across Regions.
– Liaison with Government offices pertaining to statutory compliance for smooth execution of project.
– Liaison with labour department, factory department, PF office, ESI, SIDCUL Office, fire etc.
– Good knowledge to build united, harmonious, healthy IR environment for smooth functioning of plant.
– Managing performance Appraisal cycle & handling Compensation & benefit issues.
